Still Spirits French Oak Chips Medium Toasted 100g
Medium Toasted French Oak Chips can be used on fermenation, and also ageing of spirits, to emulate barrel characteristics. Use 2-3 grams per litre of spirit. Helps with the liberation of tannins providing oxidation protection, colour, co-pigmenattaion and stability during fermentation. Soak chips in the spirit for 5-7 days then strain.
