Still Spirits American Oak Chips Medium Toast 100g
Medium Toasted American Oak Chips can be used on fermentation, and also ageing of spirits, to emulate barrel characteristics. Use 2 – 3 grams per litre of spirit. Helps with the liberation of tannins providing oxidation protection, colour co-pigmentation and stability during fermentation. Soak chips in the spirit for 5-7 days then strain.
